Costumes are welcome and encouraged at this annual Halloween party hosted by the Phoenixville Kiwanis Club. Door open at 1PM. Costume Parade across our stage at 1:30PM. Screening of “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” at 2PM.
