Fans of Tommy Emmanuel and Jorma Kaukonen are no doubt familiar with (and are fans of) Leo Kottke. Its not unusual for the words “amazing” and “incredible” to be used when describing his performances. Internationally recognized as a master of both the 6 and 12 string guitar, he is widely known for his innovative finger-picking style, which draws on influences from blues, jazz, and folk music, and his syncopated, polyphonic melodies.
