Sixth Annual Members’ Oscar Party

- A 6-piece version of the fabulous City Rhythm Orchestra will be our stage band!
- Purchase a Calhoun Cupcake for $5 and you may find a diamond inside courtesy of our party sponsor, Calhoun Jewelers. A total of 30 gems, including one diamond, will be baked into the cupcakes!
- We’ll give out our own Oscars for Best Costume Design in three categories – Best Costume, Best Black Tie and Best Pajamas.
- Get your picture taken on the red carpet in front of our limo by our own paparazzi.
- We’ll also have our trivia contest during the commercial breaks of the Oscar broadcast and will give out prizes to all winners.
- Our annual Oscar Pool will be available in our lobby beginning February 5 (the nominations will be announced on Feb 2). Winners for the pool will be contacted on Monday, Mar 8 and announced in that week’s email newsletter.
- Raffle tickets to win our DVD gift basket of Oscar -winning and classic films will be available at the party.
The Oscar Party is for Colonial members as a thank you for their support over the years. Memberships start at just $40 per year and include many benefits such as $4 tickets (versus $8) to all films, not to mention an invitation to the Oscar Party complete with catered light food, wine and beer, and a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other Colonial members.

Members at the $100 (Producer) Level and above may bring one non-member guest; and those at the $500 (Mogul) Level and above may bring two non-member guests.
