Payment
Cash, check (2 weeks or more before the show), VISA, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Checks require a preprinted name and address and a valid driver’s license. A $25.00 fee applies to all returned checks. Please note: If you are paying with a check, it is required that you write your phone number and drivers license number on the check. If we receive your check without the phone number and drivers license number, we will return your check to you so you can add the information and send it back. We do not hold seats. All mail orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis with whatever is best available in the price range you’ve selected. Seats cannot be reserved without payment.
Sold Out Shows & Rush Line Tickets
When a show has sold out, rush tickets (that is, any remaining seats in the upper balcony) go on sale when all of our ticket holders are in and seated. Patrons are encouraged to arrive 45 minutes in advance of the performance to queue up. After the show has started and all of our ticket holders are in and seated, we will evaluate how many seats are open in the upper balcony and those seats will be made available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that leg room is limited in these seats. Rush tickets are priced the same as balcony tickets for that show. We accept cash only at the box office for rush tickets.
Seating
Our auditorium has 658 seats – 473 on the main floor and 185 in the balcony. Handicapped accessible seating is available on the main floor. There are three transfer seats (one arm of the seat flips up) located at D2, G1 and T23. There are also four wheel chair spaces: two are located side-by-side in rows V-W; and two are located along either outside aisle of rows K-L. Click here to see the layout of the first floor of the auditorium.
Most of our shows are general admission. For Point Entertainment concerts the seating is general admission within sections. So, for example, if you buy a Gold Circle ticket you are guaranteed to be in the first 10 rows of the theatre, but precisely where you sit is up to you – first come, first served. The sections are: Gold Circle (first 10 rows); Orchestra (rows 11 – 20 of the main floor); and Balcony.
Our first all reserved seating show will be the Al Stewart concert on May 14, 2010.
The doors to the auditorium generally open at one hour before showtime.
