Box Office & Seating
Films & Events presented by the Colonial
Tickets to our weekly feature films, classic films, and children’s films are generally not sold in advance, but can be purchased up to 30 minutes before showtime with cash or check only. Tickets to special film events, live performances and concerts presented by the Colonial are occasionally sold in advance online via Click & Pledge. Please note that the Colonial accepts cash or check only in the box office. Call the theatre at 610-917-1228 for information about ticket availability.
Point Entertainment Concerts
Tickets to Point Entertainment concerts can be purchased at the theatre box office with cash or check only. For credit card sales please go to www.ticketweb.com or call 866-468-7619. Tickets to Point Entertainment concerts are generally sold at three different price levels. The different tiers from highest to lowest price are Gold Circle, Orchestra, and Balcony. The Gold Circle seats are in the first 10 rows of the theatre; the Orchestra seats are in rows 11 thru 22; and the Balcony seats are, well, in the balcony. All tickets are general admission, meaning that you purchase a seat in a particular section, but not a particular seat. For concerts that start at 8PM, the box office opens at 6:30PM, and the doors to the auditorium open at 7PM.
Box Office Hours
Generally the box office is open from 6:30PM until 8PM on weeknights. On Saturdays and Sundays the box office is generally open from about 2PM until 8PM. We are also available during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday, 10AM until 5PM). We encourage you to call before you come to confirm that someone is available to help you. You can reach us at 610.917.1228.
Rush Line Tickets
When a show has sold out, rush tickets, the remaining seats in the upper balcony, go on sale after the performance has started. Patrons are encouraged to arrive 45 minutes in advance of the performance to queue up. After the show has started and all of our ticket holders are in and seated, we will evaluate how many seats are open in the upper balcony and those seats will be made available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that leg room is limited in these seats. Rush tickets are priced the same as balcony tickets for that show. We accept cash only at the box office for rush tickets.
Seating
Our auditorium has 645 seats – about 465 on the main floor and about 180 in the balcony. Handicapped accessible seating is available on the main floor. There are three transfer seats (one arm of the seat flips up) located at D2, G1 and T23. There are also four wheel chair spaces: two are located side-by-side in rows V-W; and two are located along either outside aisle of rows K-L. Click here to see the layout of the first floor of the auditorium.
